THEME: THE TREE AND BODY CONSCIOUS

INSPIRATION: Nature and handcraft

The new collection is about embracing yourself — exposing yourself — and owning it.

For me, Body Conscious is about finding freedom and personal power. I find both when I spend time in nature.

Through my window, I watch the pine trees in my garden. The strong trunk and the fragile crown. No matter how hard the storm, the tree somehow survives. In that moment, I began to reflect on myself — on how fragile we are as humans, and at the same time, how strong.

Like evergreen pine trees, we are both strong and delicate. The crown reaches upward, exposed to the blue sky — held by a hard, steady structure, carrying softness with pride. Pine trees symbolize longevity, wisdom, and strength. They endure through the years, just as our bodies do.

By observing these trees through my lens, I am struck by how exposed the pine crown is against the sky — almost naked. This is exactly how I associate with my own body. Strong, yet fragile. I am aware of my body, but I am not controlled by it. And then, suddenly, it snaps into focus: this is me. Individual self-knowledge is essential.

I see my body every day. There are moments when the body comes into focus. It changes-subtly, constantly. Slightly softer for a week, then leaner for a few days. Sometimes I catch my reflection while walking past a mirror, notice myself, feel content — and then forget again for weeks. To inhabit the body fully is not to perfect it-but to stand within it.

Aware.

Exposed.

Free.
