SS17 THEME - “GRACEFUL MOMENTS”

Swan! Swan is a symbol of light and signifies self transformation, intuition, sensitivity, soul and the higher self within each person. They have a large, strong beak, a long neck and are noted for their graceful movements when swimming.

In some regions it was considered a feminine symbol of the moon and in other regions, it was a masculine symbol of the sun. In ancient Greece the swan was linked to the god of the sun, Apollo. Zeus took the shape of a beautiful swan to get closer to Leda, with whom he had fallen in love. As a feminine symbol, swan represents and associated with love, inspiration, intuition, self transformation, gracefulness and beauty.

As a water bird, it is also connected with emotions. Swans can help you with seeing the inner beauty in yourself and others, developing your intuition accepting transformation and balancing your emotions.
